A coherent classification of data
Populations are right where they belong. No more segmented, mixed, or simply untraceable data.
- PSA: an extension may be segmented by release year (e.g., Black Star Promos). On GemTracker, the data is gathered under a single page.
- PSA: some reports mix data from several languages (e.g., EX Deoxys). On GemTracker, each page displays data for one specific language.
- Each block includes a 'Miscellaneous Promos' extension, classifying all promotional cards outside Black Star. For example, a reprint of a card with a unique stamp or holo pattern. The same principle applies to exclusive Deck releases.
Available
Booster Packs in the spotlight
The data isn’t limited to cards. Every known booster is catalogued — from Wizards to Mega Evolution.
- On a population report: switch between cards and boosters in a single click.
- Data available for miscellaneous boosters (Sample, Fun Pack, Dollar Tree, etc.).
- Data available for cards graded as 'Cello Pack': these are linked to the corresponding card as a specific 'Cello Pack' version.
Available
Data built for smooth navigation
Browsing between cards has never been easier. You don’t have to think — you just find what you need.
- All grading company data centralized on a single page.
- Navigate from one extension to a neighboring one directly from a population report.
- Navigate between the same extension in different languages, or between equivalent ones (e.g., Western ↔ Asian).
- Coming soon: for a given card, navigate between all its versions across all available languages.

Ultra-precise item identification
Finish, Edition, Stamp, Origin, Error — every visual variation of a card is encoded in the database.
- Finish: a holographic card will have a 'Holo' variant. Examples: Starlight, Cosmos (Pixel), Cosmos (Smooth), Tinsel, Sheen, Line, Mirage.
- Finish: a reverse holographic card will have a 'Reverse' variant. Examples: Firework, EX, Mirror, Type (BW), Type (XY), Crosshatch, Poké Ball, Master Ball.
- Example of a card with multiple variants: 'No. 1 Trainer': Finish → Full Art, Stamp → World Championships, Origin → World Championships.
- Error Cards: advanced classification, with each variant categorized into an error family. Non-exhaustive list: Inverted Back, Misalignment, Additional Ink, Hickey, Missing Ink, Holoshift, Missing Texture.
- Other non-exhaustive examples: 1st Edition, Shadowless, Jumbo, W Stamp, Semi-FA, Metal, Japanese Back.

Smart handling of card reprints
For any given extension, it’s possible to filter populations by their nativity (All, Native, Non-Native).
- If a card has been reprinted as a promo with a unique identifiable variant, it will appear both under 'Misc. Promos' and under its original extension.
- The same applies to cards reprinted in decks with a unique identifiable variant.
- Note: this is purely practical. For future statistics, reprinted cards will only be counted as Misc. Promos, not within their original extension.
Available
Advanced character identification
Each item will be enriched with the characters represented on it — Pokémon as well as Trainers.
- Pokémon with specific variations will also be identified accordingly: Form, Shiny, Mega, Gigantamax.
- Among the characters represented on an item, they will be hierarchized by representation level: Level 1 (Direct Representation) · Level 2 (Direct Cameo) · Level 3 (Indirect Cameo).

Cross-category card search
Each card is enriched with visual attributes enabling cross-category search: Class, Appearance, Micro-Appearance.
- Class: Pokémon, Trainer, Item, Supporter, Stadium, Energy. For boosters: Expansion Pack, Sampling/Fun Pack, Preview Pack, Special Promo Pack.
- Non-exhaustive list of appearances: ex, Star, Lv.X, Shiny Rare SH, EX (Regular), EX (Full Art), GX (Alternate), Illustration Rare. Note: appearances are entirely independent of rarity.
- Non-exhaustive list of micro-appearances: Dark, Delta, Mega-EX, Prism, ex-Terastallized, Ancient, Future, Mega-ex.
- Black Star Promo extensions can mix any card appearance regardless of rarity — the enriched 'appearance' data provides a way to compare what is truly comparable.
